The Gym... a phrase nobody likes to hear. Thoughts that come to mind as the word is said - sore, sweaty, smelly, tired, cant be bothered or ILL GO TOMORROW!! Many of us hate the gym, as did i, though once i got into it, learn't how to use the equipment,got to know the instructors and eventually had fat drip off me inch by inch, it slowly became one of my favourite and relaxing places to go during the week. (NOT TO MENTION THE MUSCLES, ABS AND FACES u get to view around you, both hot, sexy, intriguing and hilarious!) how can u not love that!. So next time the words pop into mind, maybe u will refer to this very blog, and have a much different outlook on THE GYM! : ) xoxo Scarlett.
